Dwight Haynes

Dwight Haynes has extensive experience in various leadership and marketing roles across multiple companies. Beginning with an internship at Nelligan Sports Marketing, Dwight supported event planning and execution. At Robert Half, Dwight advanced to Division Director, overseeing operational execution and staff management, then served as Branch Manager, directing branch revenue growth and marketing initiatives. As a Staffing Manager, Dwight focused on client relationship development and candidate recruitment. At Google, Dwight transitioned into recruitment, ultimately taking on the role of Senior Compensation Programs Specialist, leading recognition programs and high-priority initiatives. Educationally, Dwight holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Colorado State University and an MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
