Dylan Reidler

Dylan Reidler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in security, technology repair, and operations management. Dylan began as a Gate Guard at First Class Security, where responsibilities included managing and securing a lumber yard. Subsequently, at Inphase Car Audio, Dylan worked as an Installer, managing supplies and vehicle audio installations. From October 2014 to August 2016, Dylan served as a Microsoft Expert, focusing on customer service and brand representation. Dylan then took on roles at Best Buy, first as Inventory Merchandising Supervisor and later as Digital Imaging Team Leader, overseeing operations and team performance. From July 2020 to June 2023, Dylan excelled as Geek Squad Manager and later as Services Experience Manager at Geek Squad, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Currently, Dylan serves as Operations Manager at Google, overseeing hardware operations in a data center environment. Dylan holds a degree in General Studies from Metropolitan Community College.
