Edward Eigerman

Edward Eigerman has a diverse background in technology and consulting, with significant experience in site reliability engineering and software management. From 1993 to 1994, Edward worked as a Production Manager at Budapest Sun, followed by positions at Hearst Magazines as a Solutions Manager from 1996 to 2001, and multiple roles at Apple between 1995 and 2005, culminating in a Senior Systems Engineer position. Edward established Eigerman Consulting, Inc. in 2005, serving as Principal until 2011, before taking on various roles at Google, including Site Reliability Engineer from 2011 to 2018, and later as Site Reliability Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager from 2021 to 2023, where Edward led a team responsible for Google’s internal desktop Linux distribution. Edward holds a BA in Languages and Literature, Film from Bard College, awarded in 1993.
