Edward Kung

Edward Kung is a Senior Thermal Design Engineer at Google Cloud, where they lead cloud system thermal design initiatives. Previously, Edward held significant roles, including Liquid Cooling Cold Plate Work Group Lead at Intel and Senior Thermal Engineer at Lenovo, showcasing expertise in thermal architecture and advanced cooling technology. They also served as the President of the Taiwan Thermal Management Association, promoting global cooperation in thermal technology. Edward has published numerous journal articles in the heat transfer field and taught graduate-level courses in electronic cooling and thermodynamics since 2007. Edward holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Yuan-Ze University, as well as an Executive MBA from National Taiwan University.
