Edward Wu

Edward Wu is a seasoned senior management executive specializing in global real estate acquisitions and development for data centers. With expertise in contract negotiations, property acquisitions, and sustainability practices, Edward has held significant roles at leading companies such as Microsoft and Google, where they currently serve as Regional Lead for the Americas. Previously, Edward worked as CEO of CHEL Property Holdings and Development, and has extensive experience across various asset classes, including retail, hotels, and industrial, throughout APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Edward holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting from Cornell University.
