Effie Constantinou

Effie Constantinou is a Senior Instructional Designer at Google, where they previously held roles such as Training Experience Lead and Training Curriculum Manager. They gained significant experience as a Senior Instructional Designer for Cognizant and as a contracted Instructional Designer for Adecco. Earlier in their career, Effie worked in various educational roles, including Selective Enrollment Testing Proctor for Chicago Public Schools and teaching assistant positions at the University of Northern Iowa. Effie is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology and has completed a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Northern Iowa.
