Ehsan Variani

Ehsan Variani is a distinguished researcher with extensive experience in electrical and computer engineering. Ehsan's career includes roles as a Senior Staff Research Scientist at Google since November 2021, after previous positions as a Research Intern and Research Scientist. Ehsan's earlier experience includes internships at Google and MModal, as well as serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University from September 2009 to May 2015. Ehsan contributes to the field as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Open Journal of Signal Processing since July 2022. Ehsan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, along with dual Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Mathematics from Sharif University of Technology.
