EJ Stancil

EJ Stancil is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in media and operations. Starting as a Media Intern at Splash Media Group, LLC, EJ later held multiple roles at R/GA, including Director of Culture & Operations, Producer, and Associate Producer. Transitioning to Google, EJ served as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager and later as Global Community Engagement Manager in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Additionally, EJ contributed to DigitasLBi_US as an Associate Project Manager and Integrated Production Intern. Involvement with the ADCOLOR Conference and Awards as an Advisory Board Member and Co-Chair for the Content Team highlights EJ's commitment to promoting diversity in the industry. EJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas.
