Eleanor Smith

Eleanor Smith has extensive experience in HR recruitment, beginning as a Recruitment Consultant at Digby Morgan from July 2007 to July 2009, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing the graduate scheme. Eleanor continued as an HR Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters from January 2010 to October 2010, focusing on roles from entry to Director level across the professional and commerce sectors. From October 2010 to August 2012, Eleanor served as a Talent Specialist at Hearst Magazines, managing comprehensive recruitment processes and working closely with internal clients. Since August 2012, Eleanor has been the EMEA Recruiting Lead - Tech at Google, taking on various leadership roles in staffing for Google Cloud and related fields. Eleanor holds a BA 2.1 in History and Archaeology from The University of Reading, completed in 2007.
