Elena Ritchie has extensive experience in the retail and chemical industries, holding various leadership and managerial positions at Google and The Dow Chemical Company. At Google, Elena served as Industry Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, Account Executive, Industry Head for Retail Germany, and Head of Ad Measurement for Central Europe from July 2015 to April 2017, before taking on the role of Industry Leader for Retail Germany starting in June 2022. Prior to Google, Elena worked at SAFECHEM Europe GmbH, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Sales Representative and eventually to Manager Sales & Marketing between August 2006 and November 2008.
