Elf Seah has extensive experience in asset management and real estate across various reputable organizations. Starting a career at Knight Frank as an Executive from 2004 to 2006, Elf transitioned to Savills (Singapore) Pte Ltd as a Senior Executive in Marketing before taking on roles at Ngee Ann Polytechnic as an Adjunct Lecturer from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Elf served as Assistant VP and then VP of Asset Management at LCD Global Investments Ltd. Following this, a tenure at AF Global Limited from 2015 to 2021 included roles as SVP of Asset Management and Group General Manager. Elf held the position of Senior Vice President & Head of Asset Management at Frasers Hospitality from May 2021 to November 2022 and served as Director of Real Estate at IMC Pan Asia Alliance until February 2024. Currently, Elf is a Portfolio Manager for Global Infrastructure at Google, beginning in March 2024. Education includes a degree from the National University of Singapore.
