Prior to the tech industry, Elliott M. served as a Resident Advisor at Bromley Hall, managing safety and mentorship for over 700 residents, and worked as a Seasonal Laborer for the Chicago Park District, demonstrating strong organizational skills and effective collaboration with diverse groups.
