Emily Levitt, PhD, is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google Labs, where they continue to leverage their expertise in anthropological research to uncover user needs. Their previous experience includes roles as a Design Researcher at Dropbox, where they focused on AI-based productivity tools, and as a User Experience Researcher at Google. They also contributed as a User Research Lead at Doblin and as a freelance Insights Expert at Citizen Relations. Emily earned a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from Cornell University and has been actively involved in academia as a doctoral researcher and instructor. Currently, they are pursuing degrees in Archaeology and Anthropology, as well as in Visual, Material, and Museum Anthropology at Oxford University.
