Emma Gardner has diverse experience in research, analysis, and education spanning from 2014 to the present. At LA+ Tutoring, Emma assisted middle and high school students in subjects including math, French, and chemistry. A research assistant role at Yale University involved manual identification of neural regions in PET images and survey measure construction. At Vital Findings, Emma progressed through various roles, ultimately managing custom market research projects and leading internal employee engagement initiatives. Currently, Emma serves as Customer Experience Research Lead at Google, after a series of research-associated roles, which include designing behavioral studies and conducting statistical analyses during a tenure at Pomona College. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from Pomona College.
