Emma Orr is currently the Head of Customer Success for Google Workspace in EMEA and JAPAC, where they integrate generative AI to enhance user collaboration. Previously, Orr served as an Independent Advisor to the Customer Experience Committee at HM Revenue & Customs from 2022 to 2024 and held various leadership roles at Google, including UKI Customer Success Lead for Google Cloud and Global Strategic Partnerships Lead for Google Marketing Platforms. Prior to joining Google, Orr was the Digital Marketing and Analytics Director at John Lewis and the Head of Customer Growth and Marketing at ASOS.com, driving significant digital transformation and customer engagement initiatives. Orr also holds an Executive Education credential from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, earned in 2021.
