Enda McNally

Enda McNally is an experienced professional in customer experience and project management with a strong background in technology and eCommerce. Enda has held significant roles at eBay Inc, including Head of UK Member to Member Customer Experience, Head of Service Delivery for EU markets, and Head of Global CX for Member to Member, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences and executing strategic initiatives. Prior to eBay, Enda was a Project Manager at Ebara Technologies and a Project Engineer at Surface Technology Systems. Current engagement includes a role in Trust & Safety at Google.
