Eric Chan

Eric Chan possesses extensive experience in technical leadership roles across various prominent companies in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Engineering for Google Cloud Security in the Asia Pacific Japan region, Eric previously held positions such as Senior Director of Sales Engineering at Zscaler and Forcepoint, where responsibilities included leading large teams of Sales Engineers and managing strategic customer accounts. Earlier in his career, Eric held roles at Fortinet, where Eric directed pre-sales activities and led the technical team for Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, and at Tesco Stores Ltd. as a Systems & Operation Analyst. Eric's technical foundation is supported by certifications including CCNA, CCNP, and CCSP, and an academic background in Computer Engineering from Multimedia University.
