Eric Lam has extensive experience in cloud financial operations and technology leadership, holding key positions at notable companies. As Head of Cloud FinOps at Google from October 2019 to September 2021, Eric led a global team to enhance client delivery through innovative capabilities and frameworks, significantly advancing financial accountability and business value realization. Prior to this role, Eric served as the North America Partner Engineering Lead for GSI GTM Partnerships at Google Cloud, where Eric was instrumental in generating over $850M in pipeline opportunities. At Deloitte Consulting, Eric led the Cloud Financials Management offering and directed a high-performing team, while earlier positions at Accenture, GlassHouse Technologies, and EMC Corporation focused on cloud infrastructure strategy and enterprise storage solutions. Eric holds a Master's degree in Information Management Systems from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Boston College.
