Eric Moore

Head of Customer Support Technology

Eric Moore is an experienced technology and product management professional with a solid background in customer support and business analysis. With a career beginning at Tucson Electric Power as a Business Analyst, Moore progressed to JPMorgan Chase as Assistant Vice President in Home Lending Technology. Following that, experience was gained at salesforce.com, where as a Sr Program Manager, significant contributions were made to the launch of a customer self-service portal and the management of social products within the Service Cloud product line. In subsequent roles at Google, Moore advanced to Head of Customer Support Technology, focusing on building innovative products for user engagement, along with previous responsibilities in partner product management for TV/Film and new product incubation for Google Cloud. An MBA in International Business from Arizona State University complements a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Arizona.
