Eric Ng has a diverse background in customer success, social media strategy, and operations within leading companies. With experience at Demandforce by Intuit, Eric served as Customer Insights Analyst and Senior Customer Success Manager, where data-driven strategies and collaboration across departments were key to enhancing customer health and driving growth. In addition, Eric played a pivotal role in developing a revenue-generating social media service. At Google, Eric is currently focused on operations and support for the Google Pay API and has previously managed Android Pay API operations. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with an emphasis in Business and Management from Occidental College and also studied Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
