Eric Qian is an experienced technologist and leader in AI-first network management, currently serving as the Head of Network Automation at Google Fiber since 2024. With a history of roles at Ericsson from 2001 to 2010, they led large teams to modernize network management infrastructures, built the first real-time network events solution in North America, and oversaw innovation in network optimization and IoT applications.
