Eric ShangKuan has extensive experience in the technology and education sectors, having served as a Teaching Assistant at the National Taiwan University's Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering from September 2004 to January 2006. As an Organizer for Taipei GTUG from August 2009 to December 2010, Eric facilitated discussions around Google's technologies. Eric worked at Chunghwa Telecom from January 2007 to February 2011 as a Technical Assistant, focusing on business logic and web services. Following this, Eric held various roles at Microsoft from March 2011 to August 2012, including Associate Developer Evangelist and Senior Technical Evangelist, where responsibilities included organizing developer-related events and promoting Microsoft technologies. Since October 2018, Eric has been the Developer Relations Program Manager at Google, leading initiatives in the Greater China region. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University.
