Eric Thorsen

Eric Thorsen is an experienced manager with a strong background in technology and incident management. Currently serving as a Manager at Google since November 2022, Eric previously held the position of Sr. Manager at Mandiant, where responsibilities included improving service performance and managing major incident processes. Eric also worked at Wells Fargo as a Software Engineering Manager, leading an agile team and overseeing a portfolio of 45 applications. In addition, Eric held a leadership role at CO-OP Financial Services, managing incident management and enterprise command center functions. Eric's career began at Wells Fargo in various roles, including Systems Operations Manager and Technology Manager, focusing on system reliability and support for numerous applications. Eric holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a BA in Management from Luther College.
