Eric Tram

Eric Tram is an experienced data science and engineering leader with a strong background in machine learning and integrity solutions. Beginning a career as a Research Intern at Microsoft in 2010, Eric later served as Senior Director of Data Science & Engineering at oDesk, now known as Upwork, where a 20-person team was built to enhance applicant ranking, job search, freelancer quality, and fraud detection. Since November 2016, Eric has been the Head of Engineering at Google, overseeing the Integrity team responsible for the quality of News Feed, Pages, Stories, Groups, and Search products. Eric holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Stanford University, completed in 2010.
