Erica Alder

Erica (Lewis) Alder has diverse experience in administrative and support roles across multiple organizations. At Jawbone, from November 2014 to August 2016, Erica worked as a Document Control Analyst, where responsibilities included creating part numbers, change orders, and coordinating product releases in the PLM system. Erica later served as an Office Coordinator, ensuring office efficiency and supporting facilities-related projects. From February 2022 to August 2024, Erica held various positions at Salesforce, ultimately serving as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, including the EVP, Chief Compliance Officer. Currently, since April 2025, Erica is a Senior Lead, Board of Director Engagement at Google, and has previously held a role as a Board and Corporate Legal Support Specialist. Additionally, Erica served as an Orientation Leader at California State University, Monterey Bay, facilitating a smooth transition for new students. Erica pursued education at Santa Clara University from 2016 to 2017.
