Erica Walker

Erica Walker is a regulatory counsel specializing in privacy and AI at Google, where they have been contributing since 2020. Previously, they worked at ViacomCBS as Vice President of Privacy Counsel and served as Privacy Counsel at Viacom from 2017 to 2020. Erica's earlier experience includes roles as a legal intern at NBCUniversal, an attorney-investigator for the US Department of Health and Human Services, and a data privacy senior consultant at Focal Point Data Risk. They hold a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law and are currently pursuing executive education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Business Administration from Howard University.
