Erik Nelson is a Senior Staff UX Research Manager at Google, where they lead the Discovery Ads UX research team, focusing on enhancing the user experience for ads on the Google Discover Feed and related platforms. Prior to this, Erik served as a Research Scientist at Honeywell Aerospace, where they worked on pioneering flight deck technologies and conducted user studies. Erik also spent a brief period as Research Faculty at George Mason University, contributing to the development of a checklist that improved pediatric trauma resuscitation practices.
