Eugene Chudin

Eugene Chudin has extensive experience in bioinformatics and data science, with a career spanning roles at prestigious organizations such as Covance, Illumina, Prognosys Biosciences, Roche, Microsoft, Merck, and Google. As Principal Scientist in Computational Biology at Covance, Eugene focused on designing and analyzing genomics studies and developing automated performance evaluation frameworks for next-generation sequencing data. At Illumina, Eugene contributed to the commercial launch of key products and participated in the Microarray Quality Control Consortium. In previous roles at Prognosys, Roche, and Merck, Eugene successfully led the development of bioinformatics pipelines and data analysis strategies. In the data science domain at Microsoft and Google, Eugene has managed teams to build machine learning models and enhance analytics for applications like risk modeling and navigation systems.
