Evan Cole

Evan Cole is a Senior Program Manager in Performance Management at Google, responsible for co-leading the company's low performance management design efforts since February 2023. Previously, as Comms Lead for the POps Crisis Management Office, Evan planned and executed HR communications strategies amid the invasion of Ukraine. As an Integrity and Governance Program Manager, Evan spearheaded the digital transformation of Google's anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training initiatives. Further experience includes managing the employee referrals pipeline for security engineering and collaborating with the VP of Cloud HR to deliver core programs focused on performance management in the Cloud business. Early in the career, Evan worked as a Channels Specialist, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, particularly in recruiting for recruiting and placing data analysts.
