Evan Leonard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development, product management, and Agile transformation. Starting as an intern at Eli Whitney Museum and Shoemaker Design in 1996 and 1998, respectively, Evan progressed to roles such as Product Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Mindreef, where crucial product development took place. At Progress Software, the role of Sr. Development Program Manager involved leading an Agile transformation for a global engineering team. As Principal & Founder of Design Research Consulting, Evan managed UX Design Research projects. Currently, as Senior Engineering Manager at Google, responsibilities include improving task tracking for development teams and managing critical SRE projects.
