Eve Kearney

Eve Kearney is currently a Global Process Owner in Google's People Operations organization, where they create and operationalize processes to address HR compliance risks. Previously, they served as a full-cycle Finance Recruiter at Google for over a decade and held various roles in executive search consulting, business development, and marketing. Eve began their career in executive search with Gundersen Partners in 2006 and later led business development at Worrell Water Technologies. They have a BA in Multimedia and Graphic Design from California State University-Hayward and extensive experience in recruiting, project management, and relationship building across diverse fields.
