Eyal Dancona

Eyal Dancona is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in backend design and physical design management, with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Eyal began a career as a VLSI Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor from 2001 to 2007, where responsibilities included clock tree spreading and full RTL to GDS flow. Eyal then served as a Backend Engineer at CEVA from 2007 to 2010, focusing on full backend flows and low power design activities. Subsequently, Eyal held positions as Backend Leader at Marvell Israel Ltd. and Annapurna Labs, where leadership of macro owners and full chip timing responsibilities were key roles. Eyal's expertise further expanded at Amazon Web Services as a Physical Design Manager and currently at Google in the same capacity. Eyal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben Gurion University, completed in 2002.
