Fabian Manhardt

Fabian Manhardt is a Research Scientist at Google, with a background in computer vision and machine learning. Prior experience includes a research internship at Toyota Research Institute focusing on autonomous driving and 3D object detection, a working student role at the German Aerospace Center involving Python and various machine learning techniques, and freelancing as a software developer for sports game analysis. Significant expertise was gained during internships and working student positions at BMW Group and BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, where skills in Java, Shell, Big Data technologies, and machine learning were developed. Fabian also contributed as a student teaching assistant at the Technical University of Munich and completed a PhD at the same institution, specializing in deep learning for computer vision.
