Farah MOETY

Farah Moety, PhD, has extensive experience in network engineering and management, having worked as an Internship Network Engineer at Waves Mada Communications and progressed to various roles at Orange, including Network Program Manager, Copper Network Switch-off Project Manager, and R&D Network Engineer. Farah's responsibilities included leading the implementation of FTTH networks, conducting techno-economic studies for network evolution, and developing optimization algorithms for user association in heterogeneous networks. Additionally, Farah has served as Teaching Faculty at INSA Lyon, focusing on FTTH Network Architecture. Currently, Farah holds the position of Technical Program Manager at Google’s EU Headquarters. Previous roles also include R&D Network Engineer at Inria, specializing in optimization models for energy and Quality of Service in wireless access networks.
