Felipe Hlibco has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership, having held key positions at notable companies. At Google from August 2021 to March 2023, Felipe focused on engineering and developer relations, building a global ecosystem for RCS Business Messaging, and managed a cross-functional team to enhance engineering efficiency. As Chief Technology Officer at DreamFlare AI, Felipe oversees engineering and product roadmaps for an innovative GenAI entertainment platform. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Engineering Manager at TaskRabbit, where Felipe led a team to drive product growth and implement technical improvements, and as Head of Engineering at Backer, overseeing full-stack development for a fintech platform. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and is pursuing Executive Education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
