Feras Eid

Feras Eid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of semiconductor technology and artificial intelligence/machine learning. Currently serving as a Tech Lead for AI/ML Physical Infrastructure at Google, Feras previously held the position of Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation from July 2010 to March 2025, where over 120 patents were filed while addressing thermal and mechanical challenges in semiconductor packages. Feras also contributed to groundbreaking research as a PhD Research Assistant at MIT, developing the first successful MEMS steam generator and enhancing nanomanufacturing methods. With a robust academic background, Feras earned a Master of Science and a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
