Software Engineer

Fernanda De León is a computer science graduate from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with additional studies at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. Fernanda's experience includes roles as a Prep Fellow and Site Reliability Fellow at Major League Hacking, where contributions involved enhancing web applications with Jekyll, implementing dark and light themes, automating processes with Bash, and using Docker for containerization. As a Software Engineer Fellow in collaboration with Meta, Fernanda worked on improving the Python-based backend for an open-source framework focused on psychophysics. Previous experience at Google included developing an end-to-end application promoting mental health, and as an intern, Fernanda led enhancements in data retrieval relevance and optimized serialization processes in open-source projects.
