Fernando Tomlinson

Fernando Tomlinson currently serves as the Head of Incident Response for Google Public Sector since February 2025, following a tenure as Technical Manager at Mandiant, part of Google Cloud. With extensive experience in digital forensics and incident response, Fernando has held various roles, including Adjunct Professor at multiple universities since 2018, imparting knowledge in cybersecurity and forensics. Prior military experience includes serving as Chief Warrant Officer 4 in the U.S. Army, specializing in both signal and cyber operations. Fernando holds a Master of Information Technology in Cybersecurity and Forensics, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and a Master of Business Administration.
