Florence Michelet

Florence Michelet is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable organizations. At InterSystems Chile from April 2019 to January 2023, Florence served as an HR Generalist, providing comprehensive support throughout the employment lifecycle and fostering a healthy work environment. Prior to this, Florence held positions such as HR Coordinator at Hay Group and Recruitment Officer at Solucom, contributing to talent acquisition efforts during significant growth phases. Additional experience includes working as a Recruiting/HR Consultant at Planet Expat, where coaching and recruitment for young professionals were key responsibilities, as well as an internship in HR management at HSBC Global Banking & Markets.
