Florian Maile

Florian Maile is an experienced engineer specializing in vehicle localization and sensor fusion, with a strong background in 3D computer vision and algorithm development. Florian served as an R&D Algorithm Engineer at ZF Group, focusing on vehicle localization and mapping algorithms, and later became a Component Owner for LiDAR map-based localization. Florian's expertise further expanded at Google, contributing to the Visual Positioning Service in Google Maps, and at Fixposition AG, where leadership in sensor fusion techniques was demonstrated.
