Florian Uunk

Florian Uunk is a seasoned software engineer and manager with extensive experience in web development and software engineering. As co-founder of Content System Design, Florian worked on website and web application projects, while involvement in the Student Organization STORM included enhancing student-business interactions and improving educational quality at the Free University, Amsterdam. Florian's professional journey at Zilt&co webproductions focused on developing and maintaining web applications, followed by impactful internships and roles at Google, including contributions to the Google Talk backend, the Android Google Search App, and leading initiatives in Chrome Privacy engineering. Florian holds a BSc in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed further studies as a visiting scholar at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and earned an MSc in Global Software Engineering from Mälardalen University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Currently, Florian serves as a Senior Engineering Manager at Google.
