Frances Zhang has extensive experience in financial management and banking, having worked in various roles across leading companies such as Henkel, HSBC, and Google. At Henkel, Frances coordinated with global controllers to monitor financials and contributed to employee performance evaluations. In HSBC's COO Office and Financial Institution Group, Frances managed significant projects, including a comprehensive bank rating initiative and client annual reviews, facilitating substantial financial offerings. At Google, Frances excelled as a Senior Account Manager and Agency Account Strategist. Academically, Frances completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sichuan University and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mannheim, complemented by a high-achieving international exchange program at Queens College.
