Frank C. is an experienced product and operations professional with a strong background in technology and analytics. With a career spanning from McKinsey & Company to Google, Frank has led innovative projects such as the development of a component price benchmarking platform and an IoT industry 4.0 analytics tool. At Oracle, Frank launched the company's first SaaS solution in Asia, and at PayPal, enhanced enterprise payment monetization initiatives. Frank also managed wireless and networking product lines at ASUS and contributed to microfinance operations at Grameen Bank. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree from National Taiwan University and a minor from the same institution, along with a Leadership Enrichment and Regional Networking Programme from Singapore Management University.
