Frank Chang

Frank Chang is a skilled Radio Frequency Engineer with extensive experience in RF design and testing. Previously serving as a Senior RF Engineer at HTC from December 2013 to January 2018, Frank contributed to Qualcomm platform schematic design and RF calibration for notable products like the HTC M9 and HTC Aero. Before that role, Frank worked as a Hardware Design Engineer at Gemtek Technologies Co. Ltd, focusing on LTE schematic design and performance optimization. Since January 2018, Frank has been employed at Google, continuing to excel in the field. Frank holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Chung Cheng University, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
