Frank Guo, Ph.D., is an experienced user researcher with a diverse professional background. Frank began a career at Oracle Corp. as a Web Market Researcher from July 2004 to March 2006, followed by a role as Manager of Web Research at Barclays Global Investors from September 2008 to December 2009. Frank served as a Sr. User Researcher at eBay Inc. from April 2006 to August 2008 and later led user research at BlackRock from January 2010 to February 2012. Since December 2011, Frank has been the Founder and Principal of UX Strategized LLC. Currently, Frank holds the position of Staff User Experience Researcher at Google, a role started in August 2021.
