Franklin Combs

Franklin Combs is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in nuclear operations and data center facilities management. With a tenure at the United States Navy, Franklin served as Leading Engineering Laboratory Technician and Engineering Watch Supervisor aboard USS Newport News (SSN 750), where responsibilities included directing a team of five in managing Chemistry and Radiological Controls. At USS Jacksonville (SSN-699), Franklin worked as Engineering Laboratory Technician and Work Center Supervisor, overseeing boiler and reactor plant systems to ensure safety and quality through radiation and contamination control. Additionally, Franklin held positions at NPTU Charleston and currently works as a Data Center Facilities Technician at Google. Education includes completion of Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command and certification as an Engineering Laboratory Technician from the Nuclear Power Training Unit.
