Fred Gray

Fred Gray is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, risk management, and program leadership. From January 1995 to December 2007, Fred served as an Army Officer in the Parachute Regiment. Subsequent roles included Executive Director positions at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities encompassed managing global Crisis Response and Resiliency, operational risk, and third-party risk management, as well as serving as a Senior Compliance Officer. In April 2024, Fred transitioned to Montagu Group as General Manager before becoming Program Director at a global financial institution in September 2024, focusing on Third Party Risk Management transformation. Currently, Fred holds the position of Senior Program Manager at Google, starting in January 2025. Fred graduated with a BA (Hons) in Education and History from the University of Exeter.
