Freddy Barnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in multimedia development, instructional design, and training management. Early career roles include videographer positions at the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association and IUPUI, where skills in video production were honed. At Academy Sports + Outdoors, Freddy developed e-learning modules and standardized training materials. Subsequent roles at the FDA focused on training coordination and course development utilizing the ADDIE model and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline. Freddy's expertise extends to managing educational technology and creating interactive training for public health professionals.
