Freya Azad

Freya Azad is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Google, where since November 2015, leadership of a team has involved creating production-quality code for major Retail advertisers, overseeing all phases from requirements gathering to software maintenance. Prior to this role, Freya served as a Senior Solutions Engineer and Customer Solutions Engineer, designing custom software solutions tailored to client objectives. Freya's career began at Goldman Sachs, where from February 2009 to November 2015, engagement as a Software Engineer entailed full-cycle software development within Investment Banking Technology and Risk Technology, after an internship in the Risk Group in 2008. Freya holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
