Gael Hugo is a distinguished professional in the fields of art and design, currently serving as a Professor at ECAL University of Art and Design Lausanne since 2006. In addition, Gael has held the roles of Creative Director and Interaction Designer at both one more studio and Sold-out since 2009 and 1999, respectively. Gael's expertise has been further recognized through an Artist in Residence position at Google since 2015, focusing on Arts & Culture. Gael co-founded GRUSSFORMAT, where tenure lasted from 2014 to 2020, and has contributed as a Part-time Lecturer at Parsons School of Design until 2020. Prior experiences include serving as Creative Director at Exhibition magazine from 2010 to 2017 and as Senior Art Director & Interaction Designer at both agence7seven and Swatch Group. Gael completed a degree in Art & Design at ECAL from 1999 to 2002.
